Perennial Studios is a fictional architectural firm based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Specializing in luxurious commercial design, Perennial continues to provide excellent service year after year. The small firm began as a venture between two architects, Sarah and Chloe and has expanded to a whole team. Pictured above is their headquarters in Downtown Charlotte.
A personal project, developed for my fiancée (she's actually an architect - pretty neat right?) as she needed a logo and branding for one of her big school projects. After presenting four finished concepts, the chosen was narrowed because of the integrity it held, a concept that is very important in the architectural world.
